These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AppraisalCam mobile app and website (the “Service”), operated by AppraisalCam (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use AppraisalCam only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your content solely to provide the Service and improve its functionality.
Appraisal results are automatically generated using third-party AI tools and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not represent guaranteed resale value and should not be relied upon for financial or legal decisions.
Some features of the Service may require the use of credits (“Tokens”). These may be purchased or earned through promotions.
Tokens are non-refundable and have no monetary value. If the Service is discontinued, all remaining Tokens will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You agree that AppraisalCam is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes or discontinuation.
We may also revoke access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
AppraisalCam uses third-party services such as OpenAI to provide core features, including automated appraisals and photo recognition and analysis. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your uploaded content may be processed by such providers on our behalf.
The AppraisalCam name, logo, branding, and all associated software and content (excluding user-uploaded photos) are the intellectual property of AppraisalCam. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppraisalCam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
